Mokshaa is the trading name for SM Diamonds Pty Ltd and is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest span of time we ship through Auspost reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via another Government Registered Speed Post.
How the delivery charge is calculated for single or multiple units?
Asian Accents charge a flat AUD 10 per 2 Kgs for most products within Australia. Some items may have extra shipping costs depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are flat AUD 20.00 for most products. Charges are per Kg. Certain products may carry extra shipping charges. Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code if the item is more than 3 KG as then the shipping charges may vary also for International Shipments. Prices listed by default in AUD only.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The estimated time of delivery is within 14 - 28 working days for domestic and international orders. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 1300 788 588 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that you receive the refund of the payment made. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
How to raise dispute for an order?
By sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 24hrs of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute. Please mention your order number in the email.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?
When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective, the charges will be borne by us. In case if you did not like the product and wish to return, you will be liable for return courier charges. Items/products cannot be returned for Change of Mind. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
When will I be refunded?
We can refund you when we are notified of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. Only then we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
How will the delivery be done?
- We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies AUSPOST, TOLL or TNT Road for domestic purposes. International Orders via AUSPOST International. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we will attempt to find a suitable courier company for which there might be extra shipping charges
- If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Do you deliver internationally?
Mokshaa does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use AUSPOST Registered International service with tracking to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Mokshaa items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of Australia?
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International orders and not domestically in Australia.
