To register, click on the “Sign Up” button of the page. “Create an account” fill in basic details and choose a password and click on 'Submit' button. That's it! You will become a registered member of Mokshaa.

What are the benefits to registering with Mokshaa?

On registering with Mokshaa, you will receive information on the best deals given out by Mokshaa. You may also receive exclusive festive offers/discounts which may be only for registered members. As a registered member of Mokshaa, you do not need to enter your details every time you order. You can track all your orders by signing in with user id and password.

Is it safe to use my credit card or provide bank details on Mokshaa?

Yes, it is completely safe to pay on Mokshaa using your credit card, debit card or through a bank transfer. We follow RBA guidelines for online payments which includes 'MasterCard 3D Secure' PIN and 'Verified by VISA' PIN. Mokshaa does not store any customer credit card or financial information on its servers. All transactions are processed through secure bank servers.

 What do I do if a coupon issued by Mokshaa is not working?

Your coupon may not be working because of any following reasons:

  • The validity of the coupon may have expired
  • The coupon may have already been used
  • The coupon may not be applicable on certain deal items. These products are already at their best price and hence, further discounts are not applicable on them.
  • The coupon will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable. For example - if the coupon is valid only for purchases above AUD 50.00, then in such a case the coupon will not be applicable for cart values less than AUD 50.00.
  • The coupon may be linked with a user account (or email) to which it was sent. Login with correct user account detail for availing the coupon discount
  • Certain coupon code will be applicable for only registered numbers.

What are the various methods available for making payments on Mokshaa?

We have only two payment options – Shopify Payment Gateway and Paypal. Through Shopify and Paypal you can process the payment using,

  • Debit Cards issued by all leading banks Worldwide

How are the items made and how is it exclusive from other home décor products?

Most of our products are all handmade and crafted exquisitely with help of traditional art/design. Each of our product is Made to Order and might have some variance in colour/shape. All our items are exclusively designed in our studio by professionals. The design is then painstakingly brought into life by the hands of a skilled artisan. The end result in a unique piece of art.

I just received an email with a tracking number but I am not able to track the order on the courier website. What should I do?

Mokshaa generates and sends the tracking number as soon as the courier partners pick up the package. However, the courier partners may take 24hrs to 48hrs to update the tracking details on their website and hence, your order may not be tracked during this period.

Why are taxes being charged when I apply a coupon code?

The taxes that are charged on the total value of the product after discount or coupon code have been applied on the basis of the guidelines issued by regulatory authority.

What's the exact discount I am getting for my purchase?

The exact discount you will be getting is the coupon code discount amount minus the taxes which are applicable.

 Why is the product not available for shipping in my Pin Code?

We service almost all areas, however the shipping of the product for your pin code might not be available due to any of the following reasons:

  • The merchant selling on Mokshaa does not offer service of the products across certain parts of the world and hence, restricts it to certain pin codes
  • State regulatory issues, legal restrictions or any other compliance related reason
  • Non-Availability of a reliable shipping partner for your location

 Why did Mokshaa cancel my confirmed order?

Mokshaa sources products from several artisans spread across the world. While our team does its best to ensure that the products are available with the merchants at all times, and that the regular stock updates are done but there could still be a slight possibility of your order getting cancelled due to one or more of the below mentioned reasons:

  • The product is rejected at our fulfilment centre due to Bad Quality and the merchant is not able to arrange for a fresh product within the promised shipping timeline as shown on the product information page
  • The product is Out of Stock
  • Our logistic partners are unable to deliver the product to the desired delivery location due to some circumstances

We will try our level best to get the product delivered to you within the delivery period promised by us.

I am not satisfied with the product and want to return it; what do I need to do?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us and get refund for the same. Cancellation and refund are to be requested within 24 hours. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

Returns can be made if the product is defective, damaged, or if the dimensions are not as described on the website or if it is not as expected. Please send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return which can be initiated at info@mokshaa.com.au A reverse delivery will be initiated as soon as the refund is validated.

We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. Refunds will be processed only after we have received the item(s). Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds after receiving shipment by us.

How do I track my order after it is dispatched by Mokshaa?

Once your order is shipped you will get an email with details of the tracking id. You can track the shipment by going on the official website of the courier partner.

Can I cancel a confirmed order on Mokshaa?

We start processing the order as soon as we get the information and hence orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. However, in an unforeseen situation where you need to full or partly cancel your order, cancellation can only happen before the final product has been dispatched.
