CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
MOKSHAA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on Mokshaa.com.au ?
-If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- Once your order has been dispatched from our end; cancellations cannot be made.
1) You receive the product in a damage / tamper condition
We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with pictures of the product and your order number. Reimbursement will be done as soon as we are notified from your end.
We will bear the shipping cost of sending the damaged product.
2) If you did not like the product
Please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 1300 788 588 within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
- The cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you
- The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the payment received for the damaged product will be refunded within 3 - 7 working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product passing 24 hrs of delivery at your end;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
